How Our Vegan Pizzerias Started On Long Island

 3 Brothers of RVC is a chef-driven pizzeria providing quality traditional and vegan Italian fare on Long Island. 3 Brothers began back in 2007 on North Long Beach Rd, in Rockville Centre. Originally, it operated as your ordinary family-owned pizzeria by the Astafa family. In 2009, the oldest of the 3 Brothers, Jay Astafa created a vegan menu for the family restaurant. Since then he has inspired his younger brothers to do their part in the hospitality industry and for the vegan movement. In 2012, 3 Brothers had to relocate to Farmingdale and leave behind our baby location. Fast forward to 2018, 3 Brothers was re-introduced to Rockville Centre. In late August of 2018, Chef Alban Astafa brought in his iteration of a 3 Brothers menu featuring a single menu that consists of your traditional pizzeria fare with a vegan option tagging alongside every item.

Chef Alban menu features appetizers, pasta, entrees, pizzas. What sets 3 Brothers Of RVC from all other vegan restaurants is that we have our own in house vegan cheese program.  We make all of our cheeses such as our fresh cashew mozzarella, cashew milk cheddar cashew Parmesan, macadamia feta, cashew tofu ricotta and blue cheese
