How Our Vegan Pizzerias Started On Long Island

 3 Brothers of RVC is a chef-driven pizzeria providing quality traditional and vegan Italian fare on Long Island. 3 Brothers began back in 2007 on North Long Beach Rd, in Rockville Centre. Originally, it operated as your ordinary family-owned pizzeria by the Astafa family. In 2009, the oldest of the 3 Brothers, Jay Astafa created a vegan menu for the family restaurant. Since then he has inspired his younger brothers to do their part in the hospitality industry and for the vegan movement. In 2012, 3 Brothers had to relocate to Farmingdale and leave behind our baby location. Fast forward to 2018, 3 Brothers was re-introduced to Rockville Centre. In late August of 2018, Chef Alban Astafa brought in his iteration of a 3 Brothers menu featuring a single menu that consists of your traditional pizzeria fare with a vegan option tagging alongside every item. Alban was always working full-time at all of the other 3 Brothers locations, putting his best efforts, throughout the years since the age of 10. He would spend more time at Stony Brook studying cooking and restaurants than actual coursework. Transferring to Baruch allowed him to experience Manhattan and check out the top restaurants always keeping an eye out for the best techniques and presentations. On a plate of our food, you will find decades of experience, education, passion, focus, and most importantly, something missing in many places... love.

Chef Alban Astafa's menu features appetizers, salads, pastas, entrees, heroes, desserts, rolls, calzones, and pizzas by the pie or slice... all options are Vegan or Traditional! What sets 3 Brothers apart from other vegan restaurants is that we feature our cashew milk mozzarella, vegan proteins, and sauces that are all made in house...
